SEQ FIT or Seq(uence) Fit is a detailed endurance strength and conditioning approach that works the entire body in all planes of motion with free weights, body weight and resistance props. It’s use of low weight/high repetition principles and dynamically sequenced exercise blocks make it effective and efficient.
